Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using tafrija.co.ke (the “Website”) or placing an order with Tafrija African Accessories (“Tafrija,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Products
- All products listed on the Website are handcrafted African accessories, and we make reasonable efforts to display their colors, materials, and sizing accurately. Because items are handmade, slight variations in beadwork, color, or finish between the product photo and the item you receive are normal and do not indicate a defect.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply, and to discontinue any product at any time.
- Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and US Dollars (USD), and you may select your preferred currency. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders and Acceptance
- Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us by email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee that the listed price or product availability was free of error; if we discover an error after confirming your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
- You are responsible for reviewing your order, delivery address, and contact details for accuracy before submitting payment, as we are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information you provided.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Pesapal, which supports credit and debit cards, PayPal, M-Pesa, and other mobile money platforms, as detailed on our Payment Methods page.
- We do not store your full card or mobile money details; these are processed securely by Pesapal.
- You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer or mobile money provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver locally within Kenya and internationally, as described on our Delivery page.
- Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in your destination country.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances of force majeure.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
