At Tafrija, we are committed to providing high-quality African-inspired accessories and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or transaction reference).
Tafrija reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products made to a customer’s specific request.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Upon verification, Tafrija will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
- Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Tafrija or a defective product.
- Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Incorrect items received.
- Defective products.
- Eligible products of equal value, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Return Shipping
Where a return is due to customer preference (for example, a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Where a return is due to:
- A defective product,
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect item sent by Tafrija,
Tafrija will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched for delivery.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be treated under this Return & Refund Policy.
